Frequently Asked Questions on my Lectures
Q: How much do you charge for the lecture?
A: I believe all groups should have quality programming, so I use a sliding scale to determine the charge for your group. In addition to the speaking fee reimbursement for travel at the current IRS rate is expected. If speaking to your group will require airfare or hotel charges we will work that out in advance.
Q: How long are your lectures?
A: I can tailor the lecture time to meet you needs, but most presentations are geared toward an hour. I also offer 2 or 3 hour hands-on workshops for small groups.
Q: What do you technology do you need?
A: I design my presentations to be done without an internet connection. My computer has both HDMI and VGA connections. I will also need a screen or a wall to project on.
Q: Do you provide handouts?
A: All of my lectures have handouts. I provide a PDF copy to your society so you can make copies. If you can't make your own copies please let me know the number you are expecting, and I can let you know if there will be an additional charge for them.

Frequently Asked Questions on my Webinars
Q: How much do you charge for a webinar?
A: They are the same rate as a regular lecture. If your society has its own webinar service subscription, there are no extra costs, if your society doesn't, don't fret! For a $25 technology fee, I can provide access to mine. Since there is no travel involved, there are no costs for travel.
Q: How long are your webinars?
A: Same as a standard lecture, about 1 hour. Workshops are not available in a webinar format.
Q: What technology will my group need?
A: Your group will need to have a WiFi connection (I recommend a minimum 10 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed), you will also need a projector and a webcam.
Q: How do you handle handouts?
A: I can email the handouts and your group will be responsible to disseminating the handout.
